二、申诉需知

3、认为构成侵权的初步证明材料，包括但不限于对作品享有版权或依法享有信息网络传播权的权属证明，以及对涉嫌侵权作品侵权事实的举证。
4、通知书需由权利人或其合法授权人亲笔签名，若为单位则需加盖单位公章。
5、权利人应对通知书的真实性负责。若通知书的内容不真实，权利人将承担由此造成的全部法律责任。
6、一旦收到符合上述要求之通知，我们将在合理时间内删除涉嫌侵权的资源。如不符合上述条件，我们会请阁下提供相应信息，且暂不采取包括删除等相应措施。
在素材天地上传、下载资源的用户视为同意素材天地就上述情况所采用的相应措施，素材天地不因此而承担任何违约责任或其他任何法律责任。

II. Complaint Requirements
The complaining party must provide the following documents:
1. The name, contact information, address, and scanned copy of the ID card (for individuals), business license (for organizations), and identification certificate of the legal representative (for organizations).
2. The exact name and website address of the infringing work to be removed or unlinked, so that Material World can identify and conduct a preliminary review of the allegedly infringing resources.
3. Preliminary supporting evidence of alleged infringement, including but not limited to proof of copyright or legal network dissemination rights for the work, as well as evidence of the alleged infringement.
4. The notice must be signed by the rights holder or their legally authorized person. If the rights holder is an organization, the official seal of the organization must be affixed.
5. The rights holder is responsible for the authenticity of the notice. If the content of the notice is untrue, the rights holder will bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
6. Upon receiving a notice that meets the above requirements, we will remove the allegedly infringing resources within a reasonable period of time. If the above conditions are not met, we will request the relevant information and will not take any action, including removal, for the time being.
Users who upload or download resources on Material World are deemed to have consented to the measures taken by Material World in the aforementioned circumstances. Material World assumes no liability for breach of contract or any other legal liability arising therefrom.
